The President of LBP is Maxie Rambin. Maxie is well known in the ArkLaTex as a firm believer in customer service. She has been in the building products business for 14 years and possesses the knowledge and skills to propel your business to the next level.

Overall Heating, cooling, and lighting use around 67% of all the domestic electricity that’s generated. We know windows and doors accounts for a large portion of heat loss and infiltration in a wall and lower its overall R-Value. Installing energy efficient windows and doors, and installing them correctly will help eliminate air infiltration, heat loss, and water leaks.
The common perception is that green building always has to cost a lot more than conventional building. There are plenty of examples where it does cost more, but it doesn’t have to, and green choices can reduce building costs in some cases. Relative to materials, there are some important ways to use materials more efficiently and save money. With “advanced framing,” studs and rafters (or roof trusses) can be installed 24 inches on-center, rather than the standard 16 inches, reducing the amount of wood used in construction. By carefully planning overall building dimensions and ceiling heights, the designer can optimize material use and reduce cut-off waste.
